Yarn Along: Yoked no more!

At long last the yoked sweater is finished! I forgot how much work it takes to set up a house after moving. I'm still fine tuning! I enjoyed making that little sweater so much and am so pleased with the fit. It is just right for her this winter!
I am also working along on my Jesse Tree ornaments and loving every minute of it. What a pleasure to sketch and color. I need a definite project before I start up any art and I am so glad that this one came along!
In literature, I have been reading Middlemarch by George Eliot. I like it and am looking forward to reflecting to what she has to say about marriage after finishing the novel. I really appreciate that she takes a realistic look at marriage in the novel. She seems to have a lot to say about prudence both in discerning your spouse and being a spouse. I am benefiting from reflecting on the different strands of the story. Now to see how it all ends!
I will be sharing this on Small Things and Frontier Dreams.
